PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USE


Just Be is committed to the protection of your personal privacy and we have adopted a set of privacy principles to comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Whenever we collect or otherwise deal with Personal Information we are governed by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs).

Policy
This policy applies to all personal information under the control of Just Be.
These principles deal with the types of information we gather, what we do with this information and whom we share it with. It also considers how we store or destroy this information in order to protect it from misuse, loss or alteration. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs then the information will be retained in a form that will not allow you to be identified from that information.

Just Be will only collect personal information that is necessary for the operation of one or more of our functions or business activities. The types of information that will be collected will be some or all of the following: your name, address, phone number, and email address.

means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way. The type of personal information collected will be related directly to the specified purpose it has been collected for and only information specifically required for that purpose will be collected.

At or before the time that this personal information is collected or as soon as practicable, Just Be will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are aware of our identity, the fact that information is being held about you, the purposes for which this information is collected and the fact that it is accessible. You will also be informed of whom Just Be will usually disclose information of this type to as well as any law that requires the information to be collected and the main consequences if all or part of the information is not provided.

If at the time of collection it is not feasible to notify you of the purpose of collection, then we will as soon as practicable take reasonable steps to do so.
Where it is reasonable practicable to do so, we will only collect personal information from the subject of the information. Where personal information is collected from a third party, Just Be will take reasonable steps to ensure that the subject of the information is or has been made aware of the relevant information regarding the points above.

Use
The main purposes for which we collect your personal information will include: mailing list membership (to inform you of promotions & latest product developments) and query and complaint handling and general business correspondence.

This personal information we collect from you will only be used for a secondary purpose if the secondary purpose is related to the primary purpose and you would reasonably expect this information to be used in this way, or if prior consent has been given.

We may use your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing not associated with the original purpose of collection. Where it is impracticable for us to seek your consent before using the information you will be provided with the opportunity to decline to receive any further direct marketing at the first point of contact thereafter or at any time upon request at no cost to you.

Disclosure

The information that we collect from you is strictly confidential. We will not reveal, disclose, sell share or pass that information on to any third parties other than those who are contracted to Just Be with an obligation to keep your information confidential.

In using your personal information Just Be may be required to make disclosures to our Suppliers, Agents and other Third parties; such as mailing houses, banks, accounting firms and official auditors. The information may also be disclosed to associated companies and other businesses in the Just Be Group.

Where disclosures take place, we employ stringent safeguards to ensure the security of your personal information and compliance with the Privacy Act.
We also ask you for some personal details so that we can keep in touch with you and so that we can tell you about our other products and services that could be very useful to you. Please contact our Privacy Officer if you do not wish your details to be used for marketing purposes.

Data Quality
Just Be will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up to date for the purpose for which it is to be used both at the time of collection and before each use.

Security
Your personal information will be stored securely for a reasonable amount of time as required by law or as deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the purpose it was collected for. This information will only be accessed by those people required to make use of it for the specified purpose.
When no longer required, the information will be destroyed or made anonymous in a controlled and secure manner in order to prevent any unauthorised persons having access to that information.

Just Be uses Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all personal data you divulge to us in the course of using Justbe.com.au (including name, address, credit card number).

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server. We might, on occasions, use this information to notify you of any important changes to our site or any special promotions that may be of interest to you. Collection of site visitor information

IP Addresses
The Just Be web server will gather visitors IP address for the purpose of tracking and  this information is not used to identify individual users.

Cookies
The Just Be site uses cookies to assist the site in managing your time on the site. It is not mandatory for you to allow cookies to be used while visiting the site, although your experience and ability to use all the features on the site may be reduced if you choose not allow cookies while browsing the site.

These Term of Use are an agreement between you (you; or the User; or the Employer; or the Job Placement Organisation; or the Job Seeker) and Switch Now Pty Ltd ABN 45 120 680 604 trading as Just Be. Switch Now Pty Ltd are the owners of all Just Be trademarks.

By entering and using this site you agree to these Terms of Use at the time of registration on the web site and that you have agreed to comply with the requirements contained within these terms.
 
Payment and Online Account Policy
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Just Be reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. Advertisers agree that single ad purchases are paid for upfront via one of the credit cards listed. Advertiser with an account and job ad credits will receive invoices that are strictly payable within 7 days.

Delivery Policy
The Just Be site will publish (deliver) the purchased job ads within a 12-24 hour period following authorisation.

Refund Policy
Just Be will review a request for a refund on an individual case basis. Refunds will be provided where evidence of an error has occurred that is due to a fault or defect of the site. Refunds will not be provided where an advertiser has erroneously submitted a job ad for publishing. It is the advertisers’ responsibility to check and ensure their job ad is correct prior to submitting it for publishing.

Uninterrupted Service and Access
Just Be provides no guarantee that the services available on the site will be provided uninterrupted or free of defects at all times. Just be will use our best endeavours to provide an uninterrupted and defect free service at all times. If an interruption or defect occurs, Just be will endeavour to rectify and correct in a timely manner. Just be is not liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of an interruption or defect that occurs on the site.

Downloaded Files
Just Be does not guarantee that files downloaded from the site are virus free or do not contain any form of contamination that may be harmful to your electronic systems. The user of the site is responsible for maintaining their own checks for virus’ or contamination of files download from the site and Just be is not responsible for ensuring user of the site have appropriate methods in place to perform these checks.

Unacceptable job ads

Just Be reserves the right to determine a job ad as inappropriate for display on the site.  Job ad that could be deemed inappropriate are those that:
•    Contravene Commonwealth of Australia and/or State/Territory legislation (including ads that are deemed to be discriminatory)
•    Promote acts, products or services that could be considered illegal, offensive, or misleading
•    Promote employment within the sex industry or contain any form of nudity or reference to sexual activities.
•    Advertise courses for education, training, professional development or personal development.
•    Pyramid selling schemes
•    Do not provide an appropriate level of detail about the job description, service or product and do not contain an appropriate level of information about the advertiser or contact details to apply for the position.
•    Promote gambling and affiliated services.

Advertiser Conditions
The advertiser accepts that condition of advertising on the site that Just Be reserve the right to alter or withdraw an advertisers job ad while its within current ads, draft ads or archived ads.

Advertisers placing advertisements for permanent positions should only place job ads for permanent positions for which they have permission to recruit.

Just Be reserves the right to remove or delete any advertisements that has been reported as offensive, discriminatory or supportive of illegal activities.
Just Be does not support jod advertisements for prostitution, sexually explicit entertainment, gambling or socially unacceptable behaviour.

Just Be does not endorse or support any job advertisements that are discriminatory to men or women. Just Be reserves the right to remove or delete the advertisement without notice.

The advertiser accepts as a condition of the use of the site that Just Be’s decision will be final in determining what ads are deemed to be discriminatory, offensive, illegal etc. Just Be will not be held liable for any loss or claim suffered as a result from the removal of an advertisement due to these reasons.

Job Seekers
Just Be can not guarantee that the information contained within the job ads is complete and accurate and we suggest that job seekers verify and clarify any information with the advertiser.

Just Be provides no guarantee that an advertised position is available for the length of period that the ad is displayed on the site. The job seeker must verify the jobs vacancy with the advertiser.

Just Be will endeavour to make an effort to ensure that the jobs advertised on the site are current and represent actual job vacancies.

Pricing
All prices quoted on the web site are in Australian Dollars. Please always check the pricing before approving payment. Prices on the site are subject to change.
